SS mesh in Odysseus

Explain and discuss. What's the point of the mesh?

SS mesh can act as a wick and yet helps having a better 'Ground' conductivity to the Ring locknut and base. If you can see, the SS mesh is wrapped together with the 'Ground' wire and the wick. This trick is done so there will not have any cases of the "ground' wire getting stuck between the base and ceramic housing threads when screwing in and out.

I see. I don't see what the deal is with all of the leaking problems tbh. I'm going to post a picture tutorial of Ody assembly and include all of the various additional o-rings I've experimented with using and had good results with.
