Thanks. I was thinking that too but just wanted to be sure. After about 20 mins of chain vaping my battery stared cutting out so i figured the protection circuit was tripping. I measured the resistance and it had droped from 1.8 ohms to 1.2 ohms. I've never experienced a drop in resistance on any atty before. I switched to AW IMRs and so far it's working like a champ! No heat build up in the battery or the switch. I can't get the wick to burn! Previously, I couldn't go more than two hours at 1.5-1.8 ohms without the stock wick giving me a burnt taste. I would have to unscrew the cap a bit then screw it again so that the slight air pressure created forces the juice up the wick, but that would be every seven or so puffs. Now though with the SS mesh #400 I no longer get a burnt taste! I just wanted to know how to tell if there was a short right away so as to prevent any mishaps. Thanks.
