ss no 7 micro banned me!!

I bought the no 7 as my first e cig with out a lot of research. I did at the time want an e cig that looked real.
Ok, it was a mistake. the no 7 is ok as a starter.
I have been banned from their facebook page!!
All i had done was ask questions about thier product, questioning packaging on refills and pricing. I wanted to know if they were ever going to sell catomizers cheaper without the glitzy retail package and hopefully cheaper. The respose from them was how wonderful their cartomizers are and how great the package is and how any changes to thier website calls for tons of code work. So I scrtached my head and pushed for answers. Pretty much got the same response.
I then noticed posts on their facebook page from people asking about their caromizers, if they could be refilled. I commented that they can be and I have refilled mine several times. No 7 promply posted that caromizers can't be refilled as they are a "sealed unit" and refilling would void the warranty.
When I asked how do you void a warranty on an empty cartomizer that according to no 7 should be thrown out I was told I was a "serial complainer" and banned from the facebook page.

How dare you give people hints on how to save money by refilling instead of shelling out hard earned money on NEW, SHINY, *OH, LOOK AT OUR NEAT PACKAGING* cartomizers?

Oh, well...their loss and your gain. At least it got you started and now you're here waiting for a much better product that will come with *gasp!* refillable carts!!! Meh...give me generic packaging with a product that actually works any day.

LOL! Good job, buddy, hopefully some of the other users got some good info off your posts before they silenced you.

Guess they only like positive comments, god forbid if someone can actually have an opinion that the don't agree with...

I prefer looking on the bright side -- the SS No 7 Classic 3 piece was my first e-cig. I quickly found ECF, migrated, but the SS product did let me know that PVs had potential for me.

You violated their "don't ask (about the cartos) - don't tell (about the cartos)" policy. They always kick you out when you know too much.
