Stainless steel coils safe for all mods?

Sorry if this isn't in the right section.

So I am looking to buy these: Aspire BVC Coil Replacement Head - Stainless Steel - (5Pack) - MyFreedomSmokes
I know that the newest temperature control involves using stainless steel, and I have an Xcube II replacement coming in the next few weeks, but I'm wondering if I can use these coils on my old sigelei 100W until they arrive? Can stainless steel heads be used on TC and non-TC mods?

Heck yes they can.

Stainless is what the new Triton coil uses and it is compatible with all mods just like kanthal.

Since this thread would now be a waste, because my question has been answered (thanks OTB!), lets change directions...

How has TC with stainless steel treated you guys? Both premade coils (is Aspire the only one currently using SS?) and wrapped coils for your RDAs/RTAs. Also, what is a good vendor for bulk SS wire?

I thought SS was an alternative to Kanthal? In other words, not for TC mode. Correct me if I'm wrong...
