Stainless steel mesh/rope in mini protank 2?

Anyone know what size of ss mesh/rope would fit in a mini protank 2 coil? I'd like to get off of silica and cotton and try ss mesh.

Actually, looking into it more, it seems like cotton is the safest wick material to use.

Does anyone know of an organic cotton yarn that fits perfectly into a mini protank 2 coil? Or if peaches and cream yarn will fit into a mini protank 2 coil?

Edit: I emailed peaches and cream yarn to see if their ecru yarn is unbleached and what additives it contains. If it's unbleached I'll go look and see if it would fit in a mini protank 2 coil. Making wicks out of cotton balls is more trouble than its worth, I want a yarn that I can easily put in and take out of the coil when it gets gunked up.
