I really like the vapor and flavor on the Stardusts and Vivi Novas that have the replacement heads, but I'm having a problem that I hope someone can help me with.

When I first put on a new head, everything is great, but within a few hours, either it stops working altogether or performance seriously drops off, usually after I refill and screw the drip tip back on. Am I pushing something down too hard and blocking the wicks or what? I do use a thick, sweet liquid, so I don't expect to get a week out of each one without cleaning the way some people do, but I would like to get more than a few hours.

Anyone else having this problem?

i use the vivi and have never had this issue. have never tried a rebuildable stardust but i think they take the same heads correct?

1. make sure the center post of the atty is out enough to touch the contact on the battery. you may need to "pull your post" I have seen a video but can no longer find it.

I am interested in what you find .. keep us updated :) this doesnt sound like a cleaning issue. their all made in china and I guarantee theres been plenty of units shipped with post issues.

The heads are the same except for the little metal piece inside the rubber cap. I've also noticed mine loosening when I unscrewed the tip. My mini vivi nova doesn't do it, but the stardust rebuildable does. I'm thinking maybe it's because the tip on the stardust fits so snug against the rubber piece.
