Stardust help.. hopefully nothing serious

I've been using my new stardust for about 3 days now, and it is AWESOME! I only have one problem. It's not working with one of my batteries. The battery works with other cartos just fine, but won't fire up my stardust. What could be the problem, and how can I solve it?

I'm using Riva 510 900 Mah batteries, btw.

If it is working with your other batteries, then I would suggest the battery pin is not making connection to the stardust pin. A couple of things, if everything else is working ok, just don't use that battery for that carto. A flippant response i am certain it sounds, but sometimes you just don't want to fix what ain't broke IYKWIM. Or, you can use a flat head screwdriver to SLIGHTLY turn back the stardust's battery pin connector, This draws it back some. OR, you can very gently pull up the battery connector IN the battery.
