Starre struggles to keep up with Max VG

Same as the title. Soon as I try to ramp up either the .2 or .5 coils past 50w, it starts tasting burnt something fierce and leaving small brown spots on the coil. I do chain vape quite a bit and my other tank is a TFV4 with the Quad, so I suspect I'm just expecting the Starre to work beyond its abilities. Any suggestions or experiences appreciated. Thanks

@DaddyO...I Vape Starre 40-45w for that very reason, does well for me at those watts. The Crown tank I have can handle 50w..waiting for TFV4..how does it perform with the tri coil?

The tri is ok, but IMO the Quad trumps it in both flavor and vapor production, though it needs more power than the tri to do so. I don't run my Quad under 80w, and it's not too warm, as the drip tip that comes with the TFV4 does an excellent job of keeping things cool

starre works good at 35-50w, coils last me 1 month usually
tfv4 quads no matter what wattage or how i wick or how i fill, lasts 2 weeks and at best 3 weeks
