Wondering if anyone else has had this issue, so yeah it's only been 2 days but I have noticed that in the morning I used to have my fist smoke and not be hungry for about 2-3 hours, I find now that I am super hungry, also continuing through out the day, I'm not complaining to much but I also don't want to end up being any heavier!

Not for me, although I've always been a bit weird - cigarettes actually make me hungry. I know I'm a minority in that. E-cigs haven't made me any hungrier.

But, for most people, cigarettes do suppress appetite, and quitting brings your appetite back.

Find something healthy to snack on, or get some lower strength nic juice that you can just vape on all day without OD'ing on nicotine. Keeping something in your mouth will help suppress cravings, if you're concerned about weight gain.

Hi, and welcome! I'm pretty new myself, just started vaping at the end of May.

I didn't notice an appetite increase when I started, but I did feel withdrawal symptoms from analogs. I would think that's what the appetite increase you're experiencing is about.

I think there's just an adjustment period (length of that is probably different for different people) where everything is in flux. You may notice all kinds of things seeming different, but it doesn't mean it will stay that way. You're just in a transitional period. Things should level out once you get used to the new way of life.

Happy vaping!

I have the same issue. I quit almost 3 months ago and the odd, sometimes intense hunger hasn't stopped yet. +12 pounds and counting

Hmm... For me, it's been about the same (10 days so far)... Are you getting the same amount of nicotine? Everyone is different. I also find I can be a bit more active and have more energy. The nicotine doesn't "last" as long tho... for me at least. But, my metabolism is up a bit, so that helps.

Good luck, stay with it!
