When I first started vaping with an ego twist I was using standard boge cartomizers without a tank. I thought this would be my preferred juice delivery method. I didn't use tanks at work or in public at the time because I wasn't entirely comfortable using a PV in public at all. I thought people would just think I was weird. After a week or so, those thoughts relaxed and I started using carto tanks almost exclusively. But here I was stuck with two boxes of black boge caromizers. I figured they would just sit there collecting dust forever.
Up until yesterday I have been using smoktech pre punched cartos in my tanks. I haven't been pleased with them. Most of them only have one hole pre punched and I don't think it's big enough. I've had various problems with them. I thought I'd give the boges a shot in the tanks. So I took a couple of my boge black cartos, peeled the black stickers off of them, cleaned any extra adhesive off with dish soap and a razor blade, and I punched them with a 1/4" saddle valve I bought at Home Depot. It's working beautifully. No more problems with my filler material drying out, or dry hits. I think this is the way to go. At least for now.
