? using boge carto with a tank

It has been recommended that I use a boge sc lr carto with a slim or 3ml (or so) tank with my equipment. I can't find boge cartos with a flange to prevent it slipping in the tank. Do I need a flanged carto to use with a tank? Will it cause problems if it isn't flanged?

Does anyone sell them pre-punched and/or with a flange?

Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

hi, you dont need a flanged carto with a tank, I find it allot better not having a flange, just a slight lift/push on the tank lets me adjust air/draw intake...I also use boge cartos
