i got a pen (ego ce4) and the flavours grape, candy floss and hizeunburg. Two are 16mg and the others 18mg. i've never smoked cigarettes or anything like that before, but i tried my boyfriends ecig in the past which is the same as mine and i tasted the purple haze (which is 18mg). when i used mine for the first time it tasted milky, bland and pretty horrible. i tried every flavour and got nothing other than a minty feel from the Hindenburg? im not sick so why is this happening :(

There are a few possibilities.

..but why are you vaping 18mg as a non-smoker? That's not going to make you feel very good....

Where is your e-liquid from? There are some dreadful e-liquids that don't taste good at all.

It's also possible (and likely) that your e-cig is also not going to be helping in the taste... how often do you use a new clearomizer? CE4 is old tech and often very cheaply made.

There are too many recipes of Heisenberg. Some will be more minty. I have one which is solid blueberry and it's gross.

Hmm, hard to say.

Some iBreathe is poor flavour. They teamed up with something called ECITA in the UK (google it if you want to know) The liquid sold on markets is probably all the old version. Not great to be honest.

I bought almost every flavor. I like ONE.

Vaporking is the name of two different UK brands. One is high quality. The other is mass produced by one of the top Chinese makers. There's no easy way to say that. I know who makes it... (yes, I do) and for what it's worth, I like many of their liquids, especially the tobacco flavours.

i-Vapore are Chinese low-grade. I wouldn't even vape that. No way.

I reckon there is nothing wrong with your e-cig if you've done 20 vapes.

Sorry about that. Quite a bit of bad news.

The thing is @hhjjuuiihhjjuuii most people don't like Chinese e-liquid and I understand that as a lot of it does taste very weird. Unless you go to a vape shop, corner shops and general stores will sell the 'famous' Chinese brands - Hangsen, Dekang, Liqua or *other* brands made for these people by Hangsen & Dekang

if you are UK, you should consider ordering online... but that's also a problem, as the big online brands are very hit and miss.

I pay £5.40 for 30ml of UK made liquid. They all taste exactly of what they should taste like.
..and we know which flavour companies they use.. and we know those flavour companies are already testing their flavors for things which shouldn't be in e-liquid.

It's complicated. Whatever you do, watch out for the tobacco companies... BLU and Vivid. Please don't buy from tobacco companies. They want to end all the other products.

Yup if it taste bad don't do it anymore lol. At least use 0mg nic but why start vaping if you don't have a craving for tobacco?

totally agree , I dont recommend vaping of ya are not smoker , but if we look from another side , since some of us start smoking , why while we shouldnt !!!

Im starting to vap because its a better choice, and i need something to help my mood.
Thanks everyone :)

my advice to you , wanna do something , do it right or dont do it at all , buy good device , there are many devices are small like my innokin v4 or istick 10w , and since u just start vaping , go with zero nicotine if you can , if not , start low as 3 or 6 not 18.

when i quitted smoking , I was vaping 12mg , now 3

Spending 250.00 a month on cigarettes is where I spent half my life. I can't imagine any young person being stupid enough to want to do this. Although nowadays young people aren't very bright ...they come from gov't schools. One pack a day is 7.99 here luckily I had an Indian casino to buy from at a cheaper price. The gov screwed them too. Payback is hell.

Nicotine is also known to be a depressant in most studies. So I'm not sure how much it's really doing for your mood, unless you are getting the nic "high" which isn't much better for you. Just something to be aware of and careful about going forward.
Im doing it because its better than taking up smoking and feeling ..... Some of you are judging and its pretty mean considering none of you know me, some of you vapour to quite and im choosing vaporing instead of smoking. Vaporing isn't a depressant for me, the after affect of the rush leaves me at a constant, nice mood so maybe we've experienced different effects but don't go to the conclusion that its a depressant and it couldn't help someone's mood because it doesn't help yours.

I wasn't judging, I was just suggesting nicotine might not be the best solution and could lead to other problems down the road.
Keep in mind, the majority of us on here are trying to get the nicotine monkey off our backs and know how hard that struggle is! Is it so wrong we'd like to keep someone else from having to go down that road if the don't need to? I still remember the rush I got from my first cig, never felt that again, and couldn't get away from them for a very long time. Still fighting them, in fact.
