My worst trigger which I don't yet know how to compensate for is anxiety. When I am stressed I chain smoke. ..............

in the first link in an earlier post there is talk of smoking when stressed. I also want a cig when stressed, so I chain vape, and I mean chain. it is one reason I lowered my nic, so that I could chain vape without overdosing on nic. I use joye 510s most of the time (I have tons and don't waste) so I carry 3 around with me all day so that I can chain vape - attys get hot and need time to cool down and I don't want to wait!

lol to last few words....

With your career I can understand you having an abundance of stress. At least with vaping you can puff at the office, although I'm not sure if it's allowed in the courtroom.

bettysue, how are you doing with your "switching"? I was in the same situation, high nic level, and have issues with dizy, etc. Now I am at 6mg, maybe I will put it up to 8mg. I found that none of these thing can make me put the real cig away yet, but I cut down a lot. What I feel is that the more smoke, from the e-cig, help me feel "enough", so I am after smoke now. I mix more VG than PG. I also fix up my clearomizer to give more smoke, not success yet.

I'm not sure what you're referring to when you ask about my "switching". Are you referring to switching between my e-cig and cigarettes or referring to the different nicotine levels I have, or something completely different :)

take care,
