I apologize if this is elsewhere but I had tried to find the most up to date info on each states vaping laws to ensure I was not breaking my states law. I did find this: E-Cig State Laws: Current and Pending Legislation - but I'm not sure if this gets updated since it was posted.

Hey this is John, one of the guys behind that state law chart. I just did a revision of the chart and will try to keep it up-to-date. Let me know if you find any new info and I'll make sure to include it. Our idea is to involve as many people from the vaping community as possible.

Keep in mind that a State level map doesn't mean all that much, since almost all of these nuisance (to us) ordinances passed are on a City level - not even county, let alone Statewide. To stay on top of legislation matters check in here: Legislation News
