status of e cigs in South America

Within the next year I plan on relocating to South America. Probably Ecuador. Does anyone know the sentiment on vaping there?

Can´t say, for Ecuador. I recently found out the hard way that they aren´t legal in Nicaragua ! Possesion is OK, but sales and imports are banned, all based on the US FDA analysis.

I guess I´ll be smuggling e-liquid, LOL !

It´s ironic that all the natives here are genuinely interested in them, but absolutely no one I´ve encountered has even heard of them, and yet they are illegal.

Darn the US FDA !
