).I'm just wondering if you had a guesstimate on when we might receive the VKs. That way I know if I should go ahead and order another E-Cigarette to hold me over until the VK comes in or if I should just stick out and wait.

It's dates 5/0707, but is updated. Near the bottom are 3 E-Cig companies in China that have been added to the DWPE list. One in March and two in April this year. Just search for "cigarette" in the body.
Companies include:
Shenzhen Kanger Technology Co Lt
Desonic Industrial
Loong Totem Science & Technology
If this is causing the delay, is there a way aound it?

Dude, that's intense. I don't know. If you're willing to buy the minimum amount of what they consider "Bulk", then maybe, if your order is not that big, buy it directly from them? It just may get through customs.

I agree. I would rather Steve handle it as well. I was just wondering what the poor guy is up against. I didn't realize the FDA was this far along in their "plans" to control the ecig market.

I want to know why vapor4life, vapornine, puresmoker and other small operations are being hassled by customs but the big guys such as njoy and smokeeverywhere who must be selling 10's of thousands can get there product thru. Something is not right here.

you are right, I checked the website and most or all e-cigs including steve's vapor king are coming from Shenzhen Kanger Technology Co Ltd. That makes perfect sense with the shortage of the products. all these suppliers are buying from same comany and customizing the e-cigs.
That is what I was concerned about. If these companies have made an official FDA hold list, we could be in for a long wait. I still have faith in Steve, and I believe if there is a way to get the product through, he will do it. I just don't think it is going to happen as quickly as we would like.
Well in addition to the above replies, my take on it is the assumption that companies like "Smoking Everywhere" are in ample supply. They must have a huge inventory being that they do not have the demand that these other suppliers have (due to their prices).
Sooner or later, it will catch up with them as well.
I would not be surprised prices start to go up across the board.
The only way I see that might be a way around is to use use shipping companies like UPS and DHL via Air freight. They pretty much have customs already taken care of. This of course will shoot up the prices of product.
