I only have one Provari. People tell me it's a stealth model. I assume they're talking about the fact that you can set it to not light up on each button press when vaping.

Can you not set all Provari's like that? Whenever I get my next Provari, am I going to have to be careful about which one I get if I want a stealth model?

Stealths are solid matte black, including the caps. The button doesn't light up. It's opaque, not translucent like on standard ProVaris. It also has a blue display screen that's 50% less bright than a standard.

Stealth full size v2.0 and mini v2.5

A standard ProVari can be set for the button not to light up by turning off the LED (Lo).

If you set it down is it hard to find again?

Never set a Provari down

These are really cool models. I have read elsewhere, can't remember where, the finish is more durable than the standard finishes. If anyone knows, wouldn't mind getting clarification.

So, mine is NOT a stealth. The top ring is stainless, not black. And, my button is translucent, not opaque. Plus, display screen is red.

Nevermind.

As long as I can turn the light off so it doesn't show every time I take a puff, I'm ok. That's stealth enough for me.

Thanks, Ocelot!

Keep in mind that when you shut the LED off the button won't blink to indicate a low battery.

The finish is described as being "triple coated ceramic," which I imagine is Cerakote. I'm gentle with my gear, so I can't say how much more durable it is than the satin black of standard ProVaris, but others who are rougher on their mods have said it is.
