If you're having issues try to remove the o-ring from the Collector tank Battery Post, it solved my connectivity problems between Stealth + UFS with 18350 bats (without the top cap like silentt photo)

My problem was the Stealth spring, just little twist up and everything worked. Now I´m having very annoying problem with the ifs leaking from the centre pin.

It sounds like the washers inside the base might be gone.....look at ZOr's sketch when you take it apart, those little orings on the pin are important and its also important to put the orings in correctly.....
