WB suggested a 9v box and he's right....perfect fit for an 18490.

Size comparison to a 2AA box

By mounting the connector where it is and adding a shorty 510, the top of the atty is flush with the top of the box.

Hard to show in a pic, but the atomizer connector is mounted in a block of delrin...provides support and also locks the battery in place.

Take out the shorty 510 and add a cart and it's pretty stealthy (not as stealthy as a Micro Mini...

...but the battery does last a little longer

) XL Carto extends the same amount above the opening. The recessed connector allows any number of combos while keeping the overall size in the palm of the hand.

Tip of the hat to WB for the tip.....

Two batteries will fit; 18490 (see original post) and 18500

The box is from Madvapes

*note about the Micro Mini*...just trying new ideas.

The brass/copper tube is a battery extension. The box is made to fit a 10180 but I got to thinking about the times I've found just the right box for a mod, only to discover the battery I want to use is a bit too long. I knew if I could add an extension to this mod to take a 10280 (10mm longer), I could use the same technique and easily accommodate a 2 or 3mm longer battery on any box.

pics without the battery in it?
where are you running the wires... we just the one.

It's a simple 3.7v so it's wired like all other 3.7v's

Here is how:

Negative battery connection wire to the on/off
Positive battery connection wire (runs between the atomizer connection and the battery) to the switch
Negative atomizer wire to the on/off
Positive atomizer wire to the switch

That is real clean Para, nice work, I have a buddy who lives on CE2 XL fluxo's, how does that 18490 stack up to a series'd pair of Trustfire 14500's?...I need something to give Mr. "stealthy form factor" for Xmas
No comparison to UF or TF's besides fooling with just one battery has it's advantages.

This is the longest lasting stealth for me; twin 18350's
