Take the previous advice and contact some folks that have built one you've seen a picture of and like.
they are all handmade one at a time. I'd absolutely HATE seeing a commercial massed produced steampunk mod. They would all be the same. Then what's the point. It's about individuality. Having something no one else does.
Personally I would buy a mod. And contact someone who could make a sleeve for it based on your ideas.
Id contact the above poster that makes the vamo sleeves. Looks like he does really good work

hello everyone....I am currently working on some One-of-a-Kind Steampunk mods which will be for sale shortly... i have a few Chi You clones as well as a magneto and Atomo mod... if anyone is interested please contact me and we can go over what you would like...im pretty much open to anything. i enjoy customizing mods per customer so you can decide what you want or i can make you something by just using your ideas of parts...
