Hey gang -- I'm sorry if this has been covered elsewhere but, is there a steeping 101 thread or sticky, anywhere?

Loving this forum but it's incredibly overwhelming for a newbie ... just hoping someone could point me in the right direction.

I'd add, I think I'll be switching over to HALO juices. From what I've read, they're just top notch.

Will they need to be steeped - or is steeping only for a certain type / quality of juice?

THANKS everyone. :)

Newbie,
Cora

Depends if the batch was made fresh. Some juices may not require steeping. Some require 2-6 weeks. To steep, top off cap and nipple and let it sit in a cool dark place for two days. Also make sure you shake the bottle vigorously for 30secs first, and do this everytime you think about it. After two days, put on the nipple and top cap and keep shaking it for at least 2 weeks and give it a try. If it still isnt good, steep it for another week and so on.
