Steeping means letting the juice sit for the flavors to mingle... steep times vary widely depending on flavor and personal preference. You want to keep the juice in a cool dark place. Give it a shake every day or so. You can test it periodically to see how the flavors have developed.

Oh, and I've not tried Thug juice yet, but I highly recommend Seduce Juice, Suicide Bunny, and Teleos (Especially their Cloud Science line).
Seduce Juice - Genesis: Citrus/Mango/Absinthe (Absinthe flavor is pretty light)
Suicide Bunny - Mother's Milk: Strawberry/Milk (Delicious!)
Teleos Cloud Science - Alpha: Strawberry/Spun-sugar (You can almost taste the graininess of the cotton candy!)
- Gamma: Guava/Mango/Peach/Cream (Creamy fruity goodness!)

Steeping does change the flavor. It allows for the solution to mix much more uniformly. I've had juices that taste great unsteeped and then taste like ....e steeped, and vice versa. If you want to "quick steep" you can always just put the bottle in warm/hot water for 20-30 minutes. Be sure to not let the bottle float or water to go near or past the opening of the bottle though

Steeping/aging is alot like marinating flavors. Some do actually get better or change over time. I DIY and I like alot of my juices right after mixing but love the way they develop over time. Thug juice does get alot of hype, I've never tried it since I'm into more dessert flavors right now. Just remember to shake the bottle the first few times you use it to help mingle those flavors well.

I completely agree with your take on DIY... I did DIY for about 4 years, but I'm back on pre-mixed now... Most of the juice I buy is pre-steeped, but it is always interesting to see how any juice develops over time... lets you find your own sweet spot!

Too many variables to give you a proper answer, Stinky.
Cream flavors seem to need a longer steep for me. Fruit flavors not so much.
Best answer I can really give you is taste it, let it steep for a week, taste it, let it steep.... repeat.
The only real way to know is to experiment and find your own sweet spot. and know that your personal tests will change the longer you vape.
Also, the gear you are using can make a tremendous difference in the flavors.

Bottom line? Play with it and find what works for you...

Thug juice is one of the few from MBV that can be vaped straight out of the mailbox.

Most other MBV juices need at least a week or two to develop their flavors. Also, I'd advise leaving the caps off for the first 24 - 48 hours to allow the alcohol they use in their flavorings to evaporate. This will help eliminate the soapiness they can sometimes have.

Some liquids do continue to change flavor the longer you leave them and others won't change much. In my experience it's impossible to say when they reach their maximum flavor as each liquid is different.

what tank n mod combo u suggest for good flavor... my taste buds are kinda shot... i cant taste traditional menthol cigarettes, ex. black ice menthol from marlboro, even with those after 2-3 weeks the menthol slowly fades away

i've tried mtbakers green ice, as much as i like it, the flavor slowly fades away, the only way i can "retaste" it is by switching flavors up, seems like my taste buds can get used to a flavor

or is it my mod/tank combo thats the problem? using iclear x.i with itaste mvp2 at 7.0 watts

It's not your mod/tank combo. It's actually your body, unfortunately. Your senses become acclimated to a taste and smell after a while (couple hours maybe) and you start to not taste the juice as much. This is called vapers fatigue or vapers tongue. It's also why it's so hard to find an all-day-vape. Check out this thread for some help:

I was shopping around at Mount Baker. Saw so many recommendations on here and I was highly impressed by the website! Anyway, I saw a lot of reviews that said juices needed to be steeped. What does this mean?

Also, I saw so many great reviews for thug juice. Thinking about ordering. Anyone else recommend this flavor?

I have a bottle of thug juice sitting at home waiting to be tested! So I'll have to get back to you on that one.

My experience from Mt. Baker? The fruity juices are good to go when you get them (hawk sauce for example, and I'm willing to bet thug juice is the same way). Bakery and dessert flavors might take a little while (my banana nut bread was like a banana overload at first, but after 4-5 days the bread and nut came through as the banana mellowed out). Most people recommend about a week or more for tobacco flavors (I have east coast tobacco steeping at home. Couldn't even smell it at first, let it sit for about 5 days now and the smell is getting stronger and liquid is darkening, and I'll probably try that one this weekend).

In GENERAL (read: not always), the darker the liquid the longer the steep time. BUT, taste is subjective and the important thing is to test each new liquid on your own. Try some straight out of the mail. If it seems off, let it sit a week. Still seems off let it sit some more. Anything more than 3-4 weeks and it's most likely not going to get any better.

Higher VG juices tend to benefit more from steeping.

And juices with alcohol based flavorings.

I wouldn't necessarily say "benefit" when it comes to the alcohol flavorings. It all depends. If the alcohol is the carrier of the flavor or if one flavoring is more volatile than another (strawberry flavors), then that flavor will become muted. This can either be a good thing or a bad thing depending on personal preference.

Also, if you are trying to get rid of the alcohol, it's very important to take the caps off and let them breathe, rather than just let them sit with the caps on.

I know this is ridiculous, but I'm not sure if I could even gather myself up to try something titled Mother's Milk :)
