I'm sure most people on here will have bought e-liquids and got no, or very little flavour from them at some point. It's really disappointing as a couple of the flavours i've been looking forward to trying have turned out like this and it seems to be the slightly sweeter flavours of a certain type (particularly vanilla) that can suffer from this.
Anyway, I bought some maple syrup waffles flavour and have been trying it out today. First i tried it in a vivi nova, which has been great thus far. I gave the wicks, head, etc a wipe and washed the tube, etc out before putting this liquid in and after maybe 20 draws on it was getting pretty much no flavour. Tried tilting and swirling the tank, and leaving it for an hour or so then another 20 puffs or thereabouts and still nothing so tried it in a fresh carto and still no taste.
I got the liquid about 3 - 4 days ago and 95% of the liquids i have tried are fine after this sort of length of time left alone, although some i leave much longer as i just dont get around to them that quickly. Anyway, my question is, do you think this lack of taste is just down to needing to leave it alone for longer steeping? Having looked at the reviews they are either great or terrible and the terrible reviews are all because of lack of taste although these are outnumbered by the good reviews (8/10)
