Steeping no nic juice?

Hi all, jus started DIY and am vaping zero nic, does this still need to steep?
I thought that it was the reaction with the nic that meant it needed to steep but am I wrong?

I know this is a really (possibly) silly question.

It may need to steep depending on the flavor molecules used in the flavoring(s).

Steeping makes a tighter bond ( molecule to molecule) and a more consistent vape as a result.

Generally, tobacco and coffee/tea types take a bit longer to "season." Their best flavour may take 30 days of alone time in a cool, dark place.

Thank you. Will let it steep then, if it improves the flavour then it's worth it. Im just getting too eager to try my juices.
