Steeping question for Fuzion Vapor juice (Unicorn Blood)

I just got my first order from Fuzion Vapor after hearing much about it. Ordered the Unicorn Blood and Apple Cinnana flavors. The 30 ml bottle of Unicorn Blood was squeezed in a vacuum. Removed the top to fix it, put top back on and left for a few minutes. When I returned the bottle was beginning to squeeze again and it took in air when I unscrewed the cap. Is this normal?

I put it in my Protank II and it vapes fine. I say this having never tried it before. It tastes like the description says... skittles with tropical fruit juice.

What causes the bottle to retract like this? Does anyone have experience with this juice and steeping? I shook the bottle and left the cap off. Not sure if I should steep it or do anything to it.

I think UB is great with no steeping. Doesn't seem to change as its steeped. My problem with it is it just doesn't wick in anything I use. Protank HH357 mini nova. The flavor is great but would never buy again. Contacted them a few times and just got the run around. Disappointing.
