Steeping??

Could some of you Please explain to me what Steeping juice is? And what effect it brings to the juice.

Steeping is just allowing the juice to sit for a few days to let the flavors develop. It helps juice taste better, especially since most juices are made to order. DIY people (like me) do this a lot.

so, If I buy my juice pre-mixed in a cigarette shop would you recommend me letting it steep? And just to make sure i'm understanding correctly. Steeping is letting the bottle of juice sit with the top off so it can breath. Right??
