Steeping juice ?

ok new to this yet but I was reading around and saw somethign about a guy using his nuker for about 3 sec burst to speed up his steeping. I'm assuming he put it in, went 3 sec let it cool for a few then did it again. Not sure how long overall he did it but is this something that works or would it just break the nicjuice down?

Does juice Steep in a carto?
I filled a boge with sweet-vapes banana split. While every other flavor I've gotten from them taste spot on right from the mailbox, this one was really off. I capped the carto and will try it again in a couple of weeks.
