What he said above. Some juices just need to air a bit before use and maybe some "aging time" in a dark cupboard. Some folks use accelerated methods such as adding heat or mechanical shaking as well. Everyone has their own method and approach. I just let 'em air out with cap off for a day if need be and shake the heck out them. After recapping them of course.

Keep on vapin'! :vapor:

Leaving the cap off the bottle is only beneficial if the juice contains alcohol. The purpose is to evaporate the alcohol off. Otherwise, just leaving the bottle capped, and giving it a good shake every once in a while, is sufficient. I DIY all my juice; and I won't vape a tobacco juice for at least 2 weeks after making. The longer the better. There are a few non tobacco types that are fine right away, with no steeping required.

I just learned about Steeping myself. I now steep each juice no matter where I buy it from. It does taste better by doing so. Some will tell you that you can accelerate the process by nuking it for 9 sec and then let it set for 24hrs (I actually tried this. The Microwave was not pretty afterwards. Juice everywhere, bottle melted), or setting it in very very very hot water. I found the best way to steep it is: Open the bottle, take nipple or needle off, set the bottle up in a cabinet for 3 days -shaking it atleast once a day. Now when you get juice from Mr. Vape they will tell you on their Website and on the packing slip to let juice steep for 3-5 days before use.

Now as for steeping multiple bottle in the same area I don't know about. It seems to me that the flavors would mix so I have one bottle steeping now in my Docking station and 2 bottles steeping in the same cabinet but one is in one corner and one is in the other. I started their steeping process Yesterday at 3:00 PM so by Friday at 3:00 PM they should be ready to go...

Plus it seems to me that bottle size would make a difference in steeping times. Will let my 30ml bottle steep until Sat. and my 2 15ml should be ready by tomorrow.

I have done everything that has been mentioned in this thread (except the microwave thing). While they might expedite the process, none of them are necessary. All you really need is time. Just forget about it for a couple of weeks. When you come back to it it will be steeped. No taking off caps, shaking, or putting it into a dark place.

You don't necessarily need to steep a juice either. Typically when you get a juice it will be at least 3 or 4 days old already. Try it when you get it. If you like it off the bat then vape away. If you think it's a little weak tasting or think its just okay then let it sit for a couple of weeks and come back to it. More likely than not it will be at the very least stronger in flavor.

Now with all that said, steeping will not make a bad juice good. If you hate it when you get it no amount of steeping is going to make you like it.
