Steeping for most means nothing more than storing the juice in a cool, dark place (a closet or drawer) for a period of time. Sometimes shaking the bottle. Many juices are freshly made to order and taste better with a little age. Alcohol is used in many liquids and steeping allows this alcohol to dissipate. May people will take the caps off for a day or so to help this process. While many juices seem just fine straight out of the mailbox..Others need time to hit the mark. I have some juices that I won't touch for 3 or 4 months. Others I vape straight away. It's all personal taste. There are a lot of ingredients and flavorings in some juices. Steeping (shaking and time) allows these flavors to come together.

Nuff said. patsfan1130 hit the nail on the head, it's all about personal preference. I have steeped some juice I make months to achieve the desired flavor. Others that have tasted really bad have turned really good in that time as well. Think of juice like a fine wine, it changes the flavor profile over time.

I nuked a bottle of 18mg juice for 5 seconds. Seems to have done some good. I do realize I may have lost a bit of nicotine with this method and don't plan to do this with every bottle. The general consensus for microwave steeping is to go in short 1 sec bursts until it's a bit warm and thinned out. Mine wasn't hot when I took it out, more warm and thinned down. I capped it and shook the heck out of it until it cooled down.
