It shouldn't. I keep my eliquids in the bottles they come in all the time, and have not had any turn nasty. I steep by just putting the bottles into the toolbox that I use for vape gear, caps on, for varying lengths of time. I also use a Sharpie to mark the date I received a shipping notice on the label, so I have some idea of how long I have had the eliquid.

what you're asking doesn't make much of any sense at all to me. steeping is the process of allowing your e-liquid to further mix. if you expose your bottles to warmth and air, it will oxidize and evaporate, and the flavors will become a bit more concentrated, complex, and they will meld together much better. I often use two techniques to quick-steep my liquids. Method#1 is the warm water float. In this method, I simply float my e-liquid bottle (right side up) in hot/warm water, which will allow the flavorings to meld together more-so than when they arrived at my doorstep or when I purchased them. Method#2 is when I simply sit my e-liquid bottles on a shelf with the cap off, undesturbed for 24 to 48 hours. This allows evaporation and oxidization, which kills-off the chemically tastes, it helps the flavorings to concentrate, meld together, & infuse into the PG and VG better. (especially the VG, which needs steep time to accept PG-based flavoring) This creates a more flavorful & more complex juice. (what it was meant to taste like, usually) BOTH of the above methods need to be done in conjunction with regular shaking. Shaking is #1. In-fact, some members (with the ability) fast-steep their e-liquid in a machine called a "sonic-cleaner" which essentially jumbles around the atoms of the flavorings within the juice, steeping the liquid super quickly.

Your question is confusing as you are essentially asking if steeping will ruin your e-liquid. On the contrary, if you had done some reading on steeping, you would know that most seasoned vapers prefer a steeped e-liquid over an unsteeped e-liquid. Yes, everyone enjoys a good steeped e-liquid. If you do-not steep some e-liquids, you'll be vaping something that tastes-like soap, or perfume, alcohol, potpourri, etc. lol. So definitely try giving steepin' a go!

Njoy the vape journey my son, and enjoy ECF & the resta ur night.

PS- I have been PIF'd 2 year old e-liquid in the past. I then vaped some of those 2yr old e-liquids almost 2 full years after receiving them, meaning that I've vaped 4 year old e-liquid. These bottles were kept on the bottom shelf of a 3 tier tupperware style chest of drawers. I tasted nothing wrong with this juice, and it held-onto it's throat-hit as-well. Therefore, it is my opinion that juice does-not go "bad" all too quickly. I would not recommend you go and vape 4yr-old juice, but I gave you my experience, and it was just-fine when I did so. It's hard for a substance that inherently contains anti-fungal/anti-bacterial agents in it, to go bad. Propylene Glycol is an anti-fungal/anti-bacterial agent. It's kind-of like asking how to store anti-bacterial soap to avoid it from 'going bad' lol. how is anti-bacterial soap going to go bad? is it going to grow bacteria/mold? i'd guess not.... ;) what you DO have-to worry about, is that it could break-down chemically/molecularly, A. losing nicotine content, and B. into unwanted substances. vape it at your own risk, as-far as that is concerned. & if the nicotine should break-down, you'll be vaping a lower mg level than whats on the label, worse-case-scenario.... Like I said, of the 4yo juice I vaped, the TH would point to the fact that the nicotine was just fine. (throat hit seemed normal)

so vape em' if ya got em people!! ;)

My bad I should have been more specific. I was jw mainly if the plastic would make it taste bad over time. I've read that plastic bottles will react with flavors. Now I know what steeping is and can consist of quite some time sometimes, which gives the plastic more time to interact with the flavor making it taste nasty. Again idk just things I have read. I have only steeped in glass bottles.

ahh, uh-huh, yes... hmmmm... well, like I've stated, I noticed no bad tastes from the old liquids that I have vaped. I once ordered a bunch of 3yr expired Dekang for 30 cents per 15ml bottle, and that was great as-well. The one time I vaped an expired e-liquid that DIDN'T taste right to me, was an expired Dekang sale, and it was Honeyflue-Cured. It was NASTY! However it wasn't the plastic leeching into the e-liquid, it wasn't bacteria, or mold... It was most-likely that I just did NOT like that particular e-liquid. lol. It was disgusting, and I'm pretty-sure it was disgusting the day they made it, too. lol.
