No matter what problems I've had with any of his products, Steve has always been quick to make sure in the end I was smiling. Plus, Steve likes to throw in freebies from time to time!! It's nice to be able to try out some of his carts without ordering a full pack - in case you find out you might not dig that flavor.
More recently, I ordered a value kit as a gift for an inlaw who was visiting, from out of the country. The kit came in the wrong color, and Steve not only sent the correct colored batteries quickly, but he sent some freebies, which made my gift to my inlaw her favorite gift this year!! Actually, for the entire week and a half she was visiting, she didn't smoke one cigarette thanks to the Vapor King! That was the best part for me.
