I recently had a little trouble with my USB automatic PT and posted a thread asking the members if it was normal. Steve replied the same day, just told me to "Smile" because it will be taken care of. Sure enough, Steve, as he does with ALL of his customers, exceeded my expectation and then some (even replaced a shortie batt.that was a free gift initially). This is the reason why customers come back time after time and new customers are referred to V4L. Thank you, Steve
