I'm not sure you will see a post from any V4L representative on this subject. My guess is that their legal counsel would recommend avoiding their involvement in any public discussion on this matter since they own and operate an IL biz. I hope I'm wrong as it would be good to hear from Steve or Mark, but I doubt there is much they could say anyway.
I think it is probably analogous as previously stated to the fireworks law in that IL residents would not be eligible customers, but they could not prevent an IL biz from selling out of state unless it is a Federal restriction (or to other states with similar legal restrictions).
Between this general state trend and recent Senate passage of the PACT act, they are certainly doing their best to make things extremely difficult for all of us.
Since I live just north of the border, for an astronomical fee, I would be happy to drive down to V4L HQ in my Badger Red F150 with my pretty cheesehead license, procure and fill up my truck with all requested quantities of these extremely hazardous materials, and deliver them to all you desperate IL addicts who must have their fix or die trying. I could be the Badger Santa Claus! I reserve the right however to refuse delivery to anyone wearing Bears, Blackhawks, Bulls, Cubs, White Sox, or Fighting Illini apparel.

Edit: Whoa, thanks Steve, glad to see you show up! Regarding my first paragraph, Nevermind!
