Sticky Fingers

I have been using a PV for about three months now, I started smoking when I was 8 years old and smoked about 2 packs a day most of my life. I haven’t had one analog since I started vaping. I found that I like to drip the best. the only problem I have is that the atomizers leak a little. I use a 510 LR Atty on a Riva battery and a drip tip and have used several different atomizers and they all seem to leak. I want to find out how to drip without the sticky fingers.

Wipe your fingers off as soon as you get juice on them. Nicotine is absorbed through the skin, too!

If you're atty is leaking then you're probably flooding it. Take it off and blow it out until nothing else comes out of it. Dripping should only take 3 drops to start. Vape until the vapor production starts to drop off and the flavor changes, then add a couple more drops and continue.

Or if you like it flooded, keep your pv wrapped in a paper towel/ napkin/ tissue.

But I'd follow the above advice. 2-3 drops at the start.

There is a drip shield sold by empire that is supposed to help with that. I don't have one so I don't know how or if it works.

I do flood it often .... I use those pop up wet napkins to clean it up .. I’ll have to check out the drip shield. I saw somewhere on the net about drilling a hole in the addy and putting a copper fitting on it and sealing around it with JB weld. but i'm afraid i'll mess up the addy ... I would give the guy credit but I can't seem to find where I saw that at .

The drip shields work great. Get yourself one but you will also need to use a 510/510 adapter if you are using 510 atomizers.

My buddy insists on dripping I am too messy and lazy for all that.

I got the drip shield yesterday and it works great on the riva 510 battery and a LR addy.
