Been a long time reader of ECF. Finally decided to join in and have to say the 5 posts rule is ridiculous and making new users jump through hoops to be able to create threads or discussion is also ridiculous. I have managed 2 large forums as a subsection of websites and never had any such issues that made me go to lengths as far as to annoy new people. A simple captcha and verification email is sufficient enough.
Still cannot reply or make posts.
