Still can't post outside this forum after 5 posts... Need to wait for unlock?

Recently I made my 5th post, but I'm still not allowed to post outside this forum, do I need to wait for an admin to unlock my account, or is something wrong?

Avatars and signatures are available after 15 posts and once the forum updates.
