What OHMs should I but my clearomizers in if I have one Ego Twist and one Ego(I guess it's 3.7)? I use 100% VG juice if that makes a difference. Thanks guys.

That's really an open-ended question. What are you using right now and are you happy with the hit/taste/vapor?

Thanks guys. I thought it was kind of you just have to do it one way. I know I got a high resistance carto tank and it didn't do well. Had to crank the ego twist volts way up and as the battery drained it didn't seem to work well and my other ego wouldn't get it to vape at all. I just wanted to get 5 or 10 clearos now that I know what I like and didn't want to get the wrong OHMs and waste money.

For ego's I like to use 2.4 - 2.6 ohm carto's for my particular juice. This range will give you some lee-way one side or the other. It really depends on what YOU like and the type of juice you use. Just remember that the lower the ohms the hotter the vapor is and the higher the ohms the cooler the vapor is. Also the lower the ohms the faster it will eat your batts.

Hope that helps a little.

Hi,

it might help us help you if you can find out at which resistance you're currently vaping/what your favorite is. Normally, attys come in something like 1.8 , 2.4 and 2.8 Ohm. Normal eGos have a voltage of 3.3-3.4. Sadly, there is no easy answer which voltage/resistance combo is the best, as it heavily depends on you personal preferences aside from some other factors as airflow.

I would suggest a standard resistance single coil cartomizer for your tank. These are in the 2.8 - 3.2 ohm range. With your eGo twist battery you can run the gamut of voltages to see where your particular sweet spot is. I would check with the vendor you chose to buy the cartos from to see if it will work with your present carto tank. Some carto tanks are long and a standard length carto will be too short to engage both the top and bottom grommets.

I would use 1.7- 2.0 for the regular Ego. I haven't used an Ego Twist, but I would say at least 2.4. This is coming from my own tastes, of course. I like a 3.0 going at 5 volts, which is 8.33 watts. The twist maxes out at 4.8, so 3 would be too high of a resistance for my tastes.
There is a thread here that has a chart.
