Can you believe this, I placed an order for My Evic and My ECA tank and juices on 11-12-13 and it has still NOT shipped. To top it off they jacked up the email address GROWLS. This is getting very aggravating.

Apparently I did. o0 I never got a tracking number email so I called to find out how to get it. They are the ones who told me that it hadnt shipped when it was suppose to.
Too funny. Waiting for vape mail has a way of warping time all out of proportion. Hang in there.
11-12-13 at 9AM is when I place the Order so today is 9:22PM on 11-14-13 so yes two days. 48 hours. tomorrow morning will be day three.
You have some unreasonably high expectations. Believe me I know how you feel, but you have to remember you are probably 1 of hundreds to 1000s of orders over the last few days.
Complaints can only be made if you have nothing after 5 business days.

I guess its just annoying for me because any other orders I have made online for other things have always shipped out within the 24 hours after order. That and I always get a tracking number.
It is the way we are as Americans. Everything must happen right now. No one considers that they aren't the only person to be served. I am not trying to be rude but I would give it a day or so more before I started freaking out.
In very obsessive compulsive when it comes to waiting for packages. I refresh my order pages multiple times a day just waiting for that glorious shipped updated

Hey Pappasmurfsharem, before telling LovesKitten she has "unreasonably high expectations", I suggest you re-read all of her postings, I think you missed some important points.
Please note that she never got her email confirmation with the tracking number, so she called to get it. When she called, they informed her that it had not shipped on time. This opens the door and puts the onus on the shipper, once they admitted they were at fault, she has every right to be upset and complain. There is no unreasonable expectation here, in fact, I submit it is a reasonable expectation that anyone would get (rightfully) upset in these circumstances.
A good rule of thumb for general guidance is to give a seller 5 days before calling to complain. HOWEVER, this is ONLY a guideline, not a hard and fast rule. It all depends on the individual seller and the guidance they have specifically established for their shipping policies. Many sellers make statements on their websites that they will ship within 24 hours, or next business day, or even up to 3-5 days later. In these cases, then there certainly is no reason to get upset that a shipment did not go out immediately if the official shipping period has not expired.
USPS is still limping behind from Veterans Day, it always happens when a holiday happens and they have a day....they need 2 days to recover afterwards ... lol
I think it's reasonable to ask after 2 days of ordering when their website says ships within 24 hours......

Ahh I wasn't aware their site says ships in 24 hours. That is a different story. Although I would be mad also if they said it should have shipped after I called and they didn't ship it the day I called as well.

Okay so here is the whole story. Just so that I am being clear lol.
10-30-13 I started to get sick and well to say the lest I was having a really hard time breathing. Smoking has been bad for me. I have been hospitalized at lest once a year because I was not getting enough oxygen. Doctors kept telling me to quit smoking and to be honest I was tired of it, I hate hate hate the smell it leaves behind. Granted I still love the smell of a fresh lit smoke. But My hands are raw from washing My hands 10+ times after smoking not counting after or before other daily activity. So I talked to My Doctor and she gave me an idea, not a suggestion. To try an e-cig after failed attempts of the gum, patches and even that nasty pill. so that leads me to start resurrecting.
11-1-13 I talk to a friend and he tells me about the Magnum from Revolver he got his mom and she loved it even after trying other devices. He upgraded her to an Evic as her old one broke down and she loved the Evic even more. I spent the next 5 days reading reviews and watching videos. I was really impressed.
11-6-13 Looking from site to site for a good price and decent shipping waiting for My paycheck to clear to make an order. Impatient to start. I buy three packs of smokes to last me until I can make an order of My first set up. over the days while I wait I find this forum and start reading.
11-11-13 YAY I start adding things to My cart on revolvercig.com and I am in luck its even on SALE. So I can but a few extras why not right. I enter all My info and click conform order what the heck. I try a few more times and nothing. So I give it a few hours and try again. ERROR.
11-12-13 Annoyed I wait til the morning and try again maybe they are down for maintenance as this was late at night into the wee morning hours. 8:30am I try once more and AGAIN error. sigh. I call them and explain that I was unable to place an order the night before. While on the phone with them I notice the sale is over. He says no worries I will manually put the discount in for you. YAY. So order is placed at 9:15am. He tells me that the USPS pick up has already left and that it would ship out first thing the following day. Cool. He tells Me I will get an email with confirmation of payment and then one with a tracking number and to call back if I have any questions. Also He had told me that because I made a payment of over 35$ that I get free shipping and also its a starter pack so I get upgraded to Priory shipping for free. YAY 2 to 3 days shipping. Excited and happy I hang up and start getting involved in this forum. eager to learn more.
I meet alot of pretty helpful and amazing people. Lots of advice and places to go to get good e-liquid that I later learn is called juice. Make a couple orders from Alice in vaperland and a few others here and there. Mostly sample packs so I can get a feel for different flavors and different vendors. Mind You I have written down what orders I had coming from where, what shipping company, approximate shipping dates going off of their site mostly. As well as approximation on delivers days. Tracking numbers for everything aside from My first order.
11-13-13 Check emails, got everything for each order I have placed, '5' in total. But nothing from My first order. Hmm check their website. Nothing. Call them and ask them if a tracking number has been emailed and if not where can I get it from. He is very nice and says I am sorry but it was not shipped out, that he had just checked on it before I called. He tells me that the USPS pick up wont be in today that it will go out first things 11-14-13 and I would get a tracking number as soon as they picked it up.
So all day I am still researching and learning. Meeting new exciting people. go to bed, get up go to work and chat some more.
11-14-13 I get off at 8am. so I check email and nothing yet oh well its still early. I get home at 9am and check email and still nothing, eh oh well. I chat awhile more then go to bed. Get up and its 8pm. I check My email and still nothing. What the heck so here I sit going thru even My junk mail and nothing.
So here it is 10:45pm on 11-14-13 and even My account on the website shows no orders have been shipped out.
