So I had computer problems on the V4L site, kept getting 'security' certificate pop ups, etc. Ran the Malwarebyte program that members here suggested and all seemed fine. But now when I try to order, my payment is declined! I have the money in my account, but Lastoutlaw said something about not not re-submitting account info as then the spammers/hackers can get ya.
Oh well hope I can get it sorted out soon :(

Just for some input here, I have used three different CCs while ordering from the site. I used my AMEX and it worked and still works fine. My Visa got shut down completely after my first order by the credit card company. They didn't call, e-mail, and I haven't received a letter about it. (I'm not going to be doing business with this card company anymore.) I've also used my bank card and they called within the next two days to verify the charge.

I would call your credit card company just to verify that everything on their end is legit. Good luck!

There does seem to be a problem with the SSL on the site. It's only "partially" encrypted. This only means that there are some absolute url problems but all customer information is still secure and encrypted. That is the reason our browsers don't show the "green security bar". I know I have had issues with customers leaving my online stores due to that message because they were freaked out about it saying "partially" encrypted. Just a tip for Mark if you want to call Volusion and ask them to fix the urls for the page template images. Here's a screenshot of the images that use the entire URL instead of something like ../images/header.jpg.

This is the list of images being called when you login to your account. Logging in creates the https but some images are still being called by http, which in turn "partially" breaks the certificate. Not a big deal but can be a turn off to new people.

I have been having the same problem with the site. When I was trying to order last week that message kept coming up and my card would not go through. I gave up and tried the next day and it finally went through.
Since then I have tried the Malwarebyte program also, and it did nothing (well it did find a couple issues, so wasn't a wast of time) I tried a couple other things you all suggested, but nothing seemed to work. I am now using Firefox and I don't see the security warning anymore, although I haven't place another order yet, so we will see how it goes. (fingers crossed)

Is this what causes the "Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?" Security Warning box? I've only noticed this appearing over the last week or so, previous to that I got no such warning while browsing V4L.

I don't think that this is anything to worry about. The reason that some of it is secure while other portions aren't are simply because they reside on two different servers. The https images are directly related to your account whereas the http images are simple background images.
