I've tried just about everything, including stuffing one side of the coil head with cotton as was suggested on one supplier's site. I have change to the rta head and still have problems with leaks. It doesn't happen all the time. But one minute I am vaping happily and the next I look at my hand and it's covered in juice!

The only upside of this is that the skin on my left hand has become really soft!

Hi, when I first got my subtank mini, I experienced leakage from the air holes. I don't know if it had anything to do with it, But when I filled the tank I was filling the juice all the way to the top of the center post (without getting any in the post). Then only when I started to not fill it up all the way to the top of the post I haven't had any leaks.

My problem seems to be the opposite. The tank doesn't leak when it is fairly full and I'm vaping away happily. As the juice drops to a lower level the leak starts and basically empties the tank. As a last resort I have ordered a new set of o-rings/washers to replace what I have.

I really love the draw and flavour of the subtank but my relationship with it very fast turning into love/hate... really don't wish to emphasise the hate.

A faulty o-ring is definitely one possibility. If air can get into the tank, then the juice will leak out.

Another thing you could try is replacing gaskets doesn't work is using a slightly thicker juice or maybe add just a little bit of VG to your current juice to thicken it a little bit.

That Isn't Good.

Have you tried Both sets of O-Rings that came with your Mini?

Can you tell where the e-Liquid is Coming Out?

Mostly through the air holes, or rather also through the air holes. And yes I did change the o-ring and i have sent for some new ones. I really need to solve this problem.

If the e-liquid is coming out of the Air Hole/Holes, then there is 3 Places it can be coming from.

1 - The Seal around the Center Tube and the OCC Head/RBA Section.

2 - The Seal around OCC Head/RBA Section and the Airflow Base.

3 - Thru the e-Liquid inlet Holes/Slots in the OCC Head/RBA Section.

Does the Mini leak when you use Both the OCC Heads and the RBA Section?

Can you post a Picture of the way the Mini is setup when it Leaks.
