Still here just benched for a bit

I just want to touch base as I have been meeting several of you all recently but havent been able to keep up.I very much tend to over do things then find the spirit willing but the body weak.So until the body cooperates I still here with you all laughing and crying and cheering from the sides and seeing what a special group of folks I've found here .Hugs and good vapes to all!GKK/Sue

I can sympathize. ECF is often my own personal "time-out". (it makes me sit, rest, and do nothing, yet still feel productive)
