Still no delivery from TECC!

Hi

I'm a noob so can't post this anywhere else. I'm getting a bit disheartened because I placed an order with TECC on 24th August 2010 and still haven't received it! Have spoken to TECC using online chat last week and they said I would have to wait 15 days before they can claim back from Royal Mail and re-ship!

Has anyone else ever waited this long for delivery or do you think some postie is currently enjoying my supposed 1st ever e-cig?

Hi Newtoncrosby, it seems like you live in the UK. TECC was based in the UK, but I think they've closed down now, or are in the process of closing down. Parcels do sometimes get lost in the post, but its not that common, are you sure they sent it in the first place? Make sure they have your correct address too.

Royal mail usually offer outstanding service, I doubt your parcel got stolen intentionally, something else could be at fault. I would expect your package to be delivered in no more than 3 days.

Yes I'm in UK and you're right - it doesn't usually take this long for a parcel. Status on order says shipped and I have been given tracking number on Order Tracking page which I keep checking but as far a Royal Mail are concerned it hasn't been delivered yet.

They definitely have my right address, just a bit gutted because the items I had ordered are all out of stock now! :-(

Really wanted to try out vaping so I can kick the ol' ciggies for good!

Well just to let you know that Royal Mail have officially 'lost' my parcel and I am now awaiting claim form! Totally gutted cos I had ordered a lot of stuff in the TECC 50% sale, all of which is now sold out so I can't even reorder at full price and am struggling to find what I wanted elsewhere now TECC are closing down and Totally Wicked stock levels suck!

So Royal Mail have let me down big time and I'm cross to say the least!

Idiots!
