Still on my quest, with a few bumps and bruises

Started with green smoke ( b 4 I found ecf ) after they dropped their flavors went on a quest to refill their carts, epic fail those flavormax carts cannot be refilled worth pooey. So... I ordered a tornado tank from totally wicked, loved the battery life, didn't like the vape, no flavor not warm. Found a brick and mortar shop and bought some juices thinking maybe this was the problem. Went on to spend way too much on juices and ce2, ce3, dual coils, what not. Getting closer but still not happy, decided to take the leap and get my lil vv box mod, again from the brick and mortar shop. Today is the second time in less than a week it has quit on me have to take it back again... But the first time I took it in to be fixed they had a new item. Refillable green smoke carts!!! They do exist!!!! so...... Now I am sitting here with a grand spend on devices, juice, parts, chargers and I am stuck vaping on a flippin green smoke???? Aaaaaarrrrrrggggg it might be funny if it wasn't so sad.

I am really not trying to sound like a whiney ...., I know lots of ppl have had their own expensive journey as well. I just really hope ppl new to vaping do their homework before they buy. Dont jump the gun and impulse buy like i did, u really have to educate yourself. It is SO confusing out there and I certainly am no expert, but I have become obsessed with this whole vaping "hobby" it's no longer my way to quit cigs, it's a part of my life! I am so grateful I found this site, but even with reviews and educated purchases, it can be enough to drive someone to.....want to smoke!! Good luck newbies!

How frustrating and expensive! I first heard about e-cigs when someone recommended Green Smoke. In the end, I'm glad I didn't buy anything from them because I've heard plenty of people say how disappointed they were with that model. Glad to hear that you found some refillable carts for GS.

If you find yourself getting frustrated, take a look at the e-cig reviews. I've heard nothing but good things about the eGo, the Riva, and the ProVari. Personally, I use a Volt and have been happy with it from the getgo. The mod forum is also a good place to look, if you're into experimenting and tinkering.

Get a Reo from Reosmods.com. You won't regret it. Never leaves my hand. Doesn't matter which one you get. Grand, Mini, Woodville, Mini Woodville. They are all awesome!

Vaporkings.com has had blank KR808D-2 aka E9 cartos for a while

You can also get a D2 to D1 adapter at LeCig and use KR808D-1 cartos (Vapor4Life, Bloog, Volt, etc)

Tell ya what, got the fancy mods and all the rest. Best vape in the house is a little 14500 box mod that I built myself. Cost $5.07. With a 2ohm Boge carto that cost about $1.25 it can't be beat.

So you can spend as much as you want ......... or not.

Thanks everyone for the pep talk. I am a house wife, but at this point I am really wishing I had taken shop instead of home ec in high school!! I have looked inside my lil mod box, and it doesn't look that complicated, guess I have to stop into the modders forum. Here I go with my gs to the forum.... Lol

At Madvapes they sell kits for 3.7 and 5v box mods. And they are so cheap to buy. If you go to ECF's BUying & Selling... Accessory and Mod makers section, you will find nice boxes for sale by Krimson Kustoms and Old Goat and Silent Soldier and others. You can get a 3.7v assembled box for under $20.
