I wanted to post a followup to my earlier post Smoke Free over 3 Weeks and going strong! Well, its been a little over 4 months now and I can sum up my experiences so far in three words... I LOVE vaping!
I know most of you have probably heard it all before but I have to throw my two cents in. So why do I love vaping? Easy...
1. I'm having so much fun!
2. My lungs feel great. I can breathe deep and easy without wheezing.
3. I no longer cough up that ugly brown gunk every morning.
4. My breath doesn't stink, my hair doesn't stink, my hands and fingers don't stink, my clothes don't stink, my car doesn't stink and I don't feel like a walking ashtray!
5. Even though my collection of vaping supplies has been steadily growing (Mods, tanks, clearos, cartos, juices, etc.), I can still say I've saved a ton of money compared to buying analog smokes.
6. Did I mention I'm having SOOO much fun?!
7. I love experimenting with different mods, tanks, atomizers, building coils, wicks and more.
8. Vaping allows me to have my own smorgasbord of flavors to choose from whenever my heart desires. Yes, it's a better type of cigarette but it's also like having a portable hookah at your fingertips with an endless variety of flavors.
9. I enjoy reading other users reviews here on the forum and learning about new products.
10. I'm not inhaling tar, smoke or any of the hundreds of deadly chemicals that are found in analog cigarettes!
11. I'm not exposing my loved ones, or anyone else to secondhand smoke.
12. MODS ARE COOL!!!
As I mentioned, I've been having fun adding things to my collection and there seems to be no end in sight. So many options and choices. Pics below. I think it's time to start sharing my own reviews and opinions on products and suppliers. I was hesitant to post any reviews a few months ago since I was a newbie. But I've definitely gotten the bug and I think it's time to share what I've found so far. I'll be posting some juice reviews later today and more reviews on other stuff soon.
As per my previous post, some of my initial items were purchased from suppliers like GotVapes, Smokeless Image, PinkSpotVapors, Vapor4All, and Amazon. Others suppliers I have purchased from include Volcano E-cigs, AquaVaporCig, Johnson Creek, TastyVapor and ecigExpress.
Over the past four months I have found the overall experience with most of the suppliers to be a pleasant one. I did have a couple of problems with a couple of suppliers. For example:
1. I ordered a mod from one supplier and paid extra for express shipping. It arrived with an improperly machined bottom screwcap and would not close properly. Customer service promised an immediate replacement but it was not shipped via express shipping and there was no tracking number to track the shipment when it was lost. Subsequent multiple calls to customer service resulted in more frustration when I realized two of the representatives I had dealt with had been fired and there were no proper records of my transactions. I was finally issued a full refund about three weeks later but the experience soured me on that particular supplier.
2. Another supplier I ordered some tanks and cartridges from was disappointing as well. All of the cartridges arrived DOA. Customer service sent replacements and they arrived DOA as well. Obviously, I won't be buying from them again.
Fortunately, those were the only negative experiences I've had with suppliers and I would rather not name anyone specifically. Everyone makes mistakes, has bad days, goes in through the out door, etc., but I don't feel the need to single them out. However, I do feel the need to mention one supplier in particular...
GotVapes! Contrary to some of the other posts I've seen on here, I have nothing but good things to say about their products and their service. I've had no need to contact them directly because everything I've ever ordered from them arrived quickly and product quality and performance have been excellent on everything I have purchased whether it was cartos, tanks, clearos, mods, batteries, accessories, ejuice and more! Awesome shipping times and on two occasions I had requested specific shipping methods and they were followed perfectly! I also find their product videos quite useful. Overall, it's been a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be buying more from them in the future.
