you're doing great.

If you want a little "head" help, I highly suggest reading Alan Carr's Easyway to quit smoking. You're not going to get the usual scare and fear and pariah stuff ....... look it up on Amazon, highest ratings there are for a book because it works. Read a little every night. I know it has helped a lot of people, and when I started vaping I was reading it and was able to put down the cigs totally.....never went back.

I still read it once in a while to oversome other stuff, like eating junk foood. :)

there is no perfect way man. Took me 3 months before I stopped smoking entirely. Read some of the comments above and see good advice.

Find juice you like or love (try lots of sample sizes or a taste bar in town is also great)
high enough nic that will satisfy an urge
pick one time a day that you must have a cig and replace it with a vape for a while, then choose another...etc....
See your situation as a win for cutting down the habit by 75%
whatever works for you is the best way

You'll do this in your own time. Just chill and not worry so much about it. Good luck!

I was a 4pack a day menthol smoker by the time I found vaping. I also smoked for 32 years. I now have been vaping for over 2 years. I hated all menthol juices, they where vile to me and still are, what I did find that is a littler closer to the menthol in cigs is any tobacco juice with just a drop of peppermint in it. now I vape anything and don't miss the cigs anymore :) HTH

I smoked between 1-2 packs a day for the last 30 years. I haven't had a cigarette for 1 1/2 months and the two weeks before that I had maybe 10-15 ciggs. I started on cigalikes without nic (still use cigalikes as well as others but all with nic now) because i had to wait for my nic to arrive from overseas. I find that I still will feel like a cigarette now and then but I just pick up an e-cig, take a few vapes and the feeling passes but at first I had to make a conscious decision to make that choice. One thing I've found is that I need a stronger juice (flavourwise) in the mornings - for me, it's cinnamon.

I also found that I like tobacco with a bit of mint and I wasn't a menthol smoker either.
