I am just a tiny bit worried about this whole FDA thing. I am a newbie and have ordered but not received my pv yet. I am very hopeful that I will like it and quit analogs. I have ordered about 60ml of juice so far. One order is already here and I have a sample pack on the way. I don't even know yet which flavors I will like and want to stock up on. However, I do know that as soon as I figure out what I like, I am going to order as much as I can afford to buy. I have noticed that the U.S. suppliers seem to be higher priced but on the other hand I received the first juice order in two days. So I think it is a matter right now of being willing to wait to get your order to save money. Once I know what I want and have enough to last a month or so, I think I will go ahead and order some from china just because of the cost savings.

Sure, China won't care about an import ban. But, the postal carriers and the "money" carriers and exchangers will. I believe I've heard that DHL already has decided to wash their hands of PV related things. I just emailed a long time friend that works for DHL to try and find out if this is true.

My point is this - the mail carriers and financial institutions are all licensed by the federal government; if there is a ban they won't risk having their license pulled for knowingly involving themselves with an illegal product.

China may be willing, but the support structure to pay for and receive the goods will be, at minimum, extremely reluctant to involve themselves with this. And purposely mis-labeling the items could constitute fraud on an international level.

I would recommend stocking up with DIY as a backup-

Tobacco can be grown. Nicotine can be extracted. Flavoring can be purchased. Liquid can be made.

Batteries can be made. Carts can be refurbished. They can probably be made as well.

Atomizers? Not sure if they can be easily made. Need to check into that.

I think it's going to take some months to set and carry thru a ban. I think you will be able to order from China. I think some shipments even small ones will get grabbed. They can't catch them all. My heart does go out to
all the great sellers I have been dealing with. They have worked hard to start up, maintain a reputation, as well as put up hard earned money. I will continue to buy from them even if the price goes up some, as long as they have supply. I now have around 2 years worth. I hate to go over that because of deterioration of the Juice. Lets hope some reasonable
regulation happens that will allow us to Vape.

My mail carrier must have delivered me 100+ cartons of "banned" cigs from overseas the last 2 years that I smoked.

And using PP or WU will work around any objections that your financial institution could come up with.
