I was considering the eGo-T, but some people have told me that there are better ones available these days, so I'm looking for other suggestions.

Here's what I'm looking for:

1. I do not want anything that uses mods. I just want a basic e-cig, preferably a kit that comes with everything I need.

2. I do not like the ones where you drip the liquid onto fabric. I prefer a clear, refillable plastic cartridge so I can see exactly how much liquid I have left before I refill it and is easy to clean. That's one of the reasons I was leaning towards the eGo-T.

3. I want something that's powerful and will produce a lot of vapor and good throat hit, but again, I do not want anything with mods.

4. I don't want anything that's too big, but I understand that cig-a-likes aren't very powerful so I'm willing to go a little larger than that.

Hopefully some folks who know a lot more than me about different models available can help recommend something.

Thanks in advance!

@ Darth Omerta, that looks kind of nice. I see that it comes with a coil. I'm trying to go as simple as possible. How difficult is it to replace the coil when it needs replacing?

I used to own an e-cig that was very basic, just 3 pieces - cartridge, atomizer, battery. And anytime one stopped working, I would just get another. It was so simple to use. I'd like something comparably simple.

VERY easy! Just as easy as refilling the tank. Just twist off the base, twist out the coil, replace with new coil, put base back on, wait for about 5-10 minutes for the juice to "prime" the coils(that just means get the coil nice and wet with juice so you dont dry hit) and vape away. Im a big fan of ritual and anytime I change the coils in my Atlantis tank I usually give the base and airholes a pretty good cleaning. All in it takes about 10 minutes from start to finish including time it takes to prime the wick!

Any coils are easy to replace. Just a matter of unscrewing and screwing the new one in. That's for anything where your don't build, which you won't be building your own coils.

I wouldn't recommend a subtank for any new vaper. Sub tanks (especially the Atlantis) are more for lung hit vape. Mouth to lung is more of the eGo type of vape. I'd recommend the Aspire Nautilus Mini with the glass tank. (you can see your liquid level) The coils are a breeze to swap out, and usually last from 10 days to 2 weeks. It gives a very nice vape, and can give throat hit and vapor to satisfy. Electronic Cigarette Starter Kits | Ego e-Cig Starter Kit - Mt Baker Vapor Aspire Premium Starter kit. The Nautilus is 10 times better than the disposable eGo's.

I only said that because he said he wanted clouds. I was going to say the Nautilus kit...looks the same but much smaller clouds.

I understand about the clouds. Compared to the eGo, the Nautilus does a great job. I have 4 mini's and 1 full sized and even though I now use the Kanger Subtank Mini, I still use the Nautilus every day, it's a great tank. I would of suggested the iStick 30 w, but the OP is against mods.

The iStick 30W will be shorter than the Aspire Battery.

That's nice too. So the main difference is that the mini isn't as powerful because the battery is only 1000mAh compared to 2000mAh? What do you mean by lung hit as opposed to mouth to lung?

The mah is how long the battery will last. So a 2000 mah will last twice as long as a 1000 mah. The iStick is a 2200 mah (and the battery I would recommend with the Nautilus. Mouth to lung is more like smoking. Lung hits are drawing vapeinto the body directly from the lung.

Mouth to lung is when you fill your mouth with vapor then inhale rather than breathing the vapor directly from the unit into your lungs.

The main difference is more in the coils. The Atlantis has .5 ohm coils, sub ohming is what gives bigger clouds. The Nautilus has 1.8 ohm coils I think. Basically with lower resistance more electrons are trying to pass through the coil all at the same time, allowing for more collisions and therefore more heat thus vaporizing more liquid. The higher the resistance fewer electrons are allowed to pass through at the same time, giving a cooler vape with less liquid being vaporized. (there is more to it than that, but that is the basic idea). Batteries need to have higher amperages to accommodate sub ohm coils.

All true and I agree that the Nautilus is a good tank, but I figured I would show an option for big clouds, good flavor and that is safe to use.

I think the OP means no mech mods.
