Still waiting on shipping error to be fixed...

Hi,

I made a purchase on April 18 and had to refill-out the order form. This reset some of the fields in the order form, one of which was the shipping method.

I contacted Tim about this and he said he would change the shipping option (which he did) and then refund the difference of the shipping cost (which has yet to be done).

Is there anyone else at GHO that can take care of this for me?

I ordered some 901 atomizers on 12/22/11 and I still have yet to recieve anything, not even a refund.

I emailed them and they said that they didn't sell 901 atty's anymore, and that they didn't know how I was able to order them through the website. So I said no big deal, just send me some 510 atomizers instead since they were the same price. They said they could do this for me after the Chinese New Year.

Well a month had passed and still nothing, so I emailed again...only to get no response back.

So I was kinda like forget it. It seemed like too much of a hassle. My order was only for $33.68 and that is with the shipping.

But now I'm here leaving this message to Green House One.

They can still make this right. My order is #9952 and under my GHO account the order status still says processing.

I just looked at this order, from our end it shows that it has shipped but no tracking information has been entered. I think what happened here is that during the Chinese New Years chaos someone accidentally put this order as shipped when entering the days tracking info and thus the order was ignored afterwards. I am now going through all the other orders during that time to make sure this has not affected anyone else.

It is very unfortunate that this has happened. We can either issue you a full refund for this order or we could have this actually sent out for you. Let me know whats best for you.

GHO is my main and only source for atomizers, and I couldn't afford to vape without you guys. So, I say this with respect: this is the second time that an issue has come up for me. This in itself is not a problem--I understand that errors occur and other such things. What irks me is that in both cases where I've had a problem, email communication becomes one sided and the only way to get a resolution is to bring the issue into the public here on ECF. I commend you on your quickly addressing and resolving the problem at this point, but given this other fellow's predicament and particularly his initial attitude of "well it's only $30, I won't worry about pressing the issue via email" I immediately think that there are others who not getting adequate attention and perhaps loosing money. I don't believe that it is a scam, but I do think that there should be better communication. An online company that doesn't respond to it's emails is like a brick and mortar company that doesn't answer it's phone!

In any case, thank you Tim for sorting this out for me, you certainly didn't have to sympathize with my shipping error, but you did, and that's why I will continue to buy from GHO, which is the only company that doesn't rip you off when buying atomizers! :)

Hi Adam,

I'm appreciate your suggestion and assure you that I am looking into ways to improve our communication system here at GH1. We are planning on implementing a ticket system that should be up l after this month which will makes things a lot smoother. Sorry again for any inconveniences caused by this.
