Before I found this forum I ordered a kit from eastmall that was Aug. 7th.
I still haven't got my order and its been 3 weeks already.
I will not be ordering anything from them any more and I have already sent in an order for a provari mini which will most likely beat it here before I ever here from eastmall!
I also contacted vapor junction seem like nice folks may order a Riva from them in the future.
wish I would have found this forum sooner I could have checked them out a little more carefully live and learn

Can you cancel you're Eastmall order? Has there been any communication from them?

Yes they have been in contact last week they said my shipment was in San Francisco and the EMS tracking they provides says its still in China! lol I have contacted the BBB which wont do much good as they are not members and have filed a complaint of fraud with the International trade commission.

If you paid for it with a CC, call them, they'll probably cancel it for you. When you finally get it, write refused on the box and take it back to the Post Office.

I have already filed a dispute with paypal, the site says 3 days to process max and 10 days to ship max. If it was clearly stated that it could be a month or more than it is clearly defined but it is not I really feel that this is fraud at its finest and I am going to make sure I put a small dent in this guys pocket some how. the problem is since the company is overseas the only other resource I have at this point is the FBI and that seems a little extreme for $143.00 bucks
