Stock in customs for 6 day ?

Anyone had a shippement stock in customs for 6 day + ???. my order from HG (100 ml of juice + atty ) not moved since the 11 ... im a little worried now . Was ship Airmail btw , if this make a difference .

Since the 11th? They will either ship it to you (one day) or hold it and send it back. To find out either way will take a few more days usually.

I ordered plastic figurines and they were stuck in customs for about a week themselves. Don't panic yet. If they refuse to ship you will get a letter.

We order everything from here in canada, get it in about a week.

We had one shipment stuck at customs for weeks, but it was eventually released to the customer.

I wouldn't sweat it yet. I've had orders stuck in customs for 2 weeks + that were released.

I hate poste canada tracking lol , my package is supose to be in customs but was at my door this morning !! YAY!!!!!! .

Aye Canada post has the worst track record. They don't even bother to scan their packages.

I order from ontario and when I check tracking it is sitting in ontario until the day it arrives. Usually I'm opening the package while it is still in ontario. I got real long arms apparently

I definately have to agree with this. Canada Post has THE worst tracking. Only good thing about them is most of the time I don't get charged brokerage/duties, which is quite nice.
